Extrusion Capacity
Alcast Synergies operates a comprehensive facility with an annual production capacity of 6,000 metric tons, all managed under a single roof. The plant features three hydraulic extrusion presses with capacities of 600, 900, and 1100 tons, each controlled by microprocessor-based technology and equipped with advanced programmable logic control (PLC) systems. Additionally, the site includes an integrated billet casting facility, along with anodizing and powder coating operations. Our in-house foundry is equipped with two furnaces for extrusion, capable of handling 6 and 5 metric tons respectively.

Aluminium Alloy Ingots:-Capacity
Aluminium Alloy ingot& molten production at Alcast is divided between two separate units. Unit 1, which also houses the extrusion plant, has a production capacity of 14,000 metric tons of Aluminium Alloy ingots and is equipped with two furnaces with capacities of 8 and 6 metric tons. Unit 2 focuses solely on supplying molten aluminium and has an installed capacity of 4,000 metric tons, supported by a single furnace capable of handling 5 metric tons.
We are also equipped to handle most scrap types, including a warehouse with a capacity to hold more than 2000 MT scrap at once. The plant is operated by a unit of committed and proficient manpower of smelters and metallurgists. Our advanced production facilities use cutting edgeequipment and technology, such as:Bailing Machines, Ball Machine, Spectrometer (Spectromax).
